The new Saseka Tented Camp comprises 9 free standing and elevated structural steel platforms and roof frames. The steel structure supports a unique tensile membrane roof and was thus designed to accommodate the high forces imparted by the roof membrane onto the steel subframe. The flooring comprises suspended decking which was also supported by the structural steel frames.
